Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend, the Gonzalez family made their annual pilgrimage to the pumpkin patch. The kids rode as many rides as their evenly split tickets could afford. Vince discovered a true love of horses and tried out his own ANTM moves. He and Milo also made a new friend! I think the man was actually aware that we were taking pics of his shirt but, really, what did he expect?!The actual pumpkin picking took all of 15 seconds but the day was a hit none the less.

Maya Peee-paya

I know she's not mine but she's so darn cute! Apparently she has decided that crossing her arms is THE thing to do;) Alli has yet to figure out the internet so I thought I would just share these few pics of Maya from their weekend in Phoenix. She went to visit her other aunt, Michelle, and she spent some time at the pool. Luckily for J.R. and Alli, I have two babies of my own or I would definitely be stealing this one!

What a weekend

Oh where to begin.... last weekend was full of all kinds of new activities. Daddy's boss had a birthday party which included wild animals, rock stars and really yummy cake. We arrived late so that Livi and I didn't have much time with the animals plus we brought Andi along to keep an extra eye on the two of us (mommy and daddy were REALLY not too sure about the wild animals:). In spite of their efforts though, we saw the zebra, cougar, lion (who Livi heckled), tiger, and wolf up close and personal. We also ran around with the son of Chester Bennington, lead singer for Linkin Park. When the teenage kids were asking for autographs Livi had to join in and ended up with his autograph on her arm. She still can't figure out why he misspelled "Olivia". The cake and other deserts were so delicious that no one could resist having more than one. Andi actually had five under the assumption that this was the only billionaire's birthday party she is likely to attend in her lifetime;)

On Sunday, we went to the opening game for the Ducks. It was my first hockey game and I truly enjoyed the unabashed male aggressiveness! At one point I felt the need to thrash around and annoy anyone sitting near us just so that I could be a part of the violence. By the time we arrived at home I was a little giddy from such a full weekend so I decided it was time to strike a few goofy posses. Gosh, I am just so cute!

The Big Day

And finally, the event that seemed to be years in the making, Joanna and Lucien's wedding. The ceremony was held in a little Catholic church and the reception was at the City Club, both in San Francisco. They were both beautiful, although the reception was slightly more fun. I think the pictures say it all!

(As you can see there was this girl in an orange dress who was OUT of control!!;)

Napa Wine

Following our evening city tour, Joanna and Lucien planned a day of wine tasting in Napa. I had never been to Napa before so I was completely charmed. We had a picnic lunch, stomped some grapes, and even managed to frolic in the vineyard!
